Look, if one and a half hens lay one and a half eggs in one and a half days, then one hen lays one egg in one and a half days. But there are three hens! So there are three eggs in one and a half days. In other words, two eggs in one day. Two eggs a day for eight days gives you sixteen eggs.

#4

If one and a half roosters lay one and a half eggs in one and a half days. How many eggs would half a dozen roosters lay in half a dozen days?

Good luck!
